On the occasion of the
Champs-Elysées Film Festival, of which Fraser Suites le Claridge is a
privileged partner, we had selected for you 7 movie scenes which highlight the
beauty of Paris.
To close this series, we
wanted to suggest you a stroll around Paris to discover the film locations and
suspend time for an instant.

1. Seuls Two – Champs-Elysées Avenue
Let’s start the visit just at
the foot of Fraser Suites le Claridge: imagine you found yourself alone on
Paris most famous and busy Avenue. It belongs to you.
And to figure out how long and
impressive the Avenue is, climb the 284 stairs of the Arc de Triomphe and
embrace Paris at a glance.
2. Amelie – Montmartre
Amelie Poulain has definitely
put into light one of the most bucolic quarters of Paris. More than a place, it
represents a lifestyle. Just walk along the tiny streets, climb until the top
and the Sacré Coeur to admire the view, and maybe play the game of love.
3. Da Vinci Code – Louvre Pyramids
Solve the mystery of Louvre
pyramids and their amazing geometrical architecture. Then try to count the
number of glass windows, you will maybe learn more about the pyramids secrets.
And to make the most of the
visit, enter in the museum hall and find the inverted pyramid.
4. Hugo Cabret – Orsay
Inspired by several Paris
train stations, the movie décor has just existed in the director’s imagination.
But there is a place where you
can delight in overlooking Paris through the former train station clock: Orsay
Museum. To have a unique point of view towards Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur.
5. Inception – Eiffel Tower
By metro or on foot, Bir
Hakeim bridge is an enchanting and unique place to admire Eiffel Tower.
Then, cross the metallic
footbridge and access to the Champ de Mars to go to the nearest of the “Iron
Lady”. And for the bravest, enjoy an amazing view of Paris while drinking a
glass of Champagne at the top of Eiffel Tower.
6. Marie-Antoinette –
For an instant, live the royal
life and follow in the footsteps of French queens and kings.
Walk around the sumptuous
gardens “à la française” and go through the legendary Hall of Mirrors to
capture the magic of this magnificent place.
7. The Aristocats – Paris
What is better after a busy
day than spending a privileged moment with your beloved and share all your
impressions and memories of the day? So just come back home at Fraser Suites le
Claridge and have a seat on the balcony of your Suite to marvel at the sun
rising above Paris rooftops.
