Where can i find the best rates? Our best rates and promotions are available on our website http://paris.frasershospitality.com, or through our Reservations Department (by phone on +33.(0)1.55.23.26.00 or by e-mail at sales.paris@frasershospitality.com). When you book through our website, the Internet access is complimentary for the stay.
What kind of services and facilities do you offer? We are a luxury serviced residence, part of the Frasers Hospitality Group : we offer a range of fully equiped apartment from Suite (max 2 pers.), 1-bedroom Suite (max 4 pers.) to 2-bedroom Suite (max. 6 pers.) including all hotel services. Situated on the famours avenue Champs-Elysées, we have different categories. The executive Suite giving the view to the inner court yard and the Deulxe Suite overlooking the Champs-Elysées. Compared to hotels, we offer fully equipped Suites, from 35 sqm to 160 sqm, with proper separate and equiped kitchen.
How do I get to the residence? Situated directly on the famous avenue Champs-Elysées you can access our residence either by car, taxi or public means and transports. The closest metro station is Franklin D. Roosevelt with line no. 1 of the metro system. From that train station we are just a five minutes walk away.  Upon request, we can assist you in organizing taxi transfers or luxurious limousines with a driver.
How to reach the residence from the train station?

From the train station Gare de Lyon (15 mins) : Métro ligne 1 - direction " La Défense" - stop at "Franklin Roosevelt".

From the train station Gare du Nord (20 mins) : RER B - direction "Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse" - change at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Change to line 1 - direction " La Défense" - exit at "Franklin Roosevelt". 

A private shuttle or pick up service can be organized between the train station (~40EUR)

How to reach the residence from the airport?

From the airport Charles de Gaulle (45 mins) : RER B - direction "Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse" - change at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Change to line 1 - direction to " La Défense" - exit at "Franklin D.Roosevelt". 

From the airport Orly (40 mins) : ORLYVAL - exit at "Antony"

Change to RER B - direction "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle" - change at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Change to line 1 - direction to " La Défense" - exit at "Franklin D.Roosevelt".

A private shuttle or pick up service can be organized between the airports and the residence (~70-135EUR)

Do you provide an internet access? A Business Centre is at your disposal 24hours. Our wireless access will also be offered if you book directly through our website http://paris.frasershospitality.com, or with our reservation office (33. (0) 1.55.23.26.00 or per email to sales.paris@frasershospitality.com)
Where can we eat? In your Suite you will have a fully equipped kitchen and supermarket close by. A Catering Delivery guide is available in each apartment. Our front office team can also recommend a restaurant in Paris or the surroundings depending on your preferences.
How to make the best experience of Paris? We can organize tours (museums and monuments), family (Disneyland ® Paris, Parc Asterix) and Parisian nightlife (Moulin Rouge, Lido). We would be delighted to tailor our proposals to your expectations
When is the check-in time ? You can check-in from 3.00PM. If you request an early arrival, please advise the reception team who will organise it in the best conditions ,upon availability.

We can also ensure your early arrival or late checkout at the very best conditions : just mention your request to our Reservations Department (by phone on +33.(0)1.55.23.26.00 or by e-mail at sales.paris@frasershospitality.com).
When is the check-out time ? You can enjoy your Suite until 12.00AM. If you request an extended check-out time, please ask the reception team who will manage the most comfortable solution according to availability.
At What time is the Breakfast served? Breakfast is served everyday. From 7AM to 10.30M on weekdays, and from 7AM to 11AM on week-ends. We also offer takeaway breakfasts.
Do you have a laundry room ? Yes. It is open 24/7, with washing and drying machines available for your use.
Do you have a fitness center ? Yes. It is open 24/7 and accessible with your room key.
Where can I go for shopping? In Paris, in the numrous boutiques open until 8p.m., in the big shopping malls(Galeries Lafayette, ...) in the famous shopping streets (Champs-Elysées, Haussman, Montaigne, George V, ...) and in the suburbans the outlet La Vallée Village close to the Disneyland Park. In the business district La Défense, the shopping mall Les quatre temps is open every day.
Which type of beds do you have? In our apartments you can choose between king size or twin beds.
What is your cancelation policy ? Our cancelation policy depends on the offer which you have selected. In each case it is explained on our website http://paris.frasershospitality.com. If you require any further information, feel free to contact our reservations department who will be glad to assist you at +33.(0)1.55.23.26.00.
Where can I find the closest exchange office? It is located at 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysées, just 2 minutes walk from Fraser Suites. There, you will also find the nearest ATM machine.
Do you provide newspapers? We provide free newspapers  in different languages​​:  English, French, Chinese
Is there a supplement for children ? The rate corresponds to the Suite type selected, not the number of guests. Depending on the category selected, our apartments can accomodate from 1 to 6 guests.
Do you provide channels or movies in different languages? Yes, as well as a huge pannel of videos on demand.
What do you provide for babys? We can provide a baby cot in the apartment (free of charge) as well as a high chair, a sun bag, a bottle warmer and a changing bag.
Do you have Suites for persons in wheelchairs? Yes, we have a studio and a one bedroom executive Suite.
Do you provide adaptors, Mobile chargers? Yes, they are available at the front desk. You can lend them during your stay for free.
Is there any food on arrival? At your arrival, you will find a welcome pack in the apartment (coffee, tea, and cakes)
Where can I buy Subway tickets? Metro tickets for travelling to the airports, the Disneyland park, for central Paris and museums passes are available at the front desk. You can also choose to buy the directly in the subway stations.
Also on request Shaving kits, sewing kits and dental kits are available at the front desk, for free.
