How do I get to the property from the train station?
From the train station Gare de Lyon, Metro Line 1 (15 minutes), travel towards "La Défense", exit at "Franklin Roosevelt".
From the train station Gare du Nord, RER B (20 minutes), travel towards "Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse", change at "Châtelet-les-Halles" and take Line 1 towards "La Défense", exit at "Franklin Roosevelt".
A private shuttle or pick up service may be arranged between the train stations.
How do I get to the property from the airport?
From the Roissy/Charles De Gaulle Airport:
Take route A1 towards Paris. Then, take the interior Ring Road (Peripheique Interieur) toward Rouen. On the Ring Road, take the Porte Maillot exit. Next, follow route N13 toward Paris. Upon arriving at Place Porte Maillot, travel in the direction of Place Charles De Gaulle – Etoile.
From Orly Airport:
Take route A106 then route A6a toward Paris. Next, take the interior Ring Road (Peripherique Interieur) toward Rouen. On the Ring Road, take the Porte Maillot exit. Next, follow route N13 toward Paris. Upon arriving at Place Porte Maillot, travel in the direction of Place Charles De Gaulle – Etoile.
From La Defense:
Take route N13 Paris – Neuilly-sur-Seine, crossing Neuilly-sur-Seine. Upon arriving at Place Porte Maillot, travel in the direction of Place Charles De Gaulle – Etoile.

Do you provide internet access?
We provide complimentary high-speed internet access available in rooms and around the property.
What are some of the dining options within the property?
With the supermarket just a stone’s throw away, you may choose to cook in the fully-equipped kitchen in your residence, or order through the in-room dining menu. Our front office team may offer some recommendations based on your preferences if you wish to dine out.
How do I make the best of my stay in Paris?
Paris is a city that appeals to everyone. Tours can be organized and tailored according to your needs and interests. Whether you are travelling alone, with a partner or with young children in tow, we will make sure the itinerary is one that caters to the interests of all.
What is the check-in time?
You may check-in from 3.00 pm. If you plan to arrive early, please advise the reception team who will see to the apartment arrangement, which is subject to availability.

Is breakfast provided?
Yes, breakfast is provided and will be served daily at the Elysées Café from 07:00 to 10:30 hours on weekdays, and from 07:00 to 11:00 hours on weekends.
Do you have a laundry room?
Yes, it is open 24/7 and complimentary for use by all our guests, with a laundrette available.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, it is open 24/7 and accessible with your room key.
Where can I go for shopping?
The Avenue des Champs-Élysées where the property is situated, is a shopping belt marked by some of the world’s most renowned fashion stores, such as Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, H&M, Gap, Banana Republic, One Nation Paris and Abercrombie & Fitch. Within the vicinity is the Golden Triangle (triangle d‘or), an area marked for the sophisticated and the prestigious, with brands including Christian Dior, Chanel, Max Mara, Prada, Céline, Valentino, Calvin Klein and Hermès. Here are but some that one must not miss:
- Louis Vuitton Champs Elysees Store: While the Louis Vuitton brand is the world’s most sought-after fashion, the store here, which is also its largest, boasts of an outstanding interior filter façade and an oversized atrium that is an attraction of its own.
- Guerlain Champs Elysees Store: Shop in the new temple of beauty that is listed as a historical monument, for the biggest collection of fragrances exclusively presented in an architecture that is as awesome as the brand itself.

What type of beds do you provide?
Both king-size and twin beds are available.
What is your cancellation policy?

Where is the nearest currency exchange office?
The nearest currency exchange office is located at 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysées, just 2 minutes by foot from Fraser Suites. There, you will also find the nearest ATM machine.
Is there a concessionary rate for children?
Our rates correspond to the residence type selected, instead of the number of guests or their ages. Depending on the accommodation type, our larger suites can house up to 6 guests.
Do you provide newspapers?
We provide complimentary newspapers in different languages: English, French, and Chinese.
Our PressReader free solution offers a library of over 2,000 same-day digital newspapers and magazines including the Washington Post, Elle Magazine, Business Traveler, The Globe and Mail and Le Monde.
Do you provide TV channels or movies in different languages?
Yes, we have a huge panel of videos-on-demand available in different languages for your entertainment pleasure.
What do you provide for guests with babies?
A baby cot may be provided upon request on a complimentary basis. In addition, a high chair, sun bag, bottle-warmer and changing bag will also be provided.
Do you have apartments for persons in wheelchairs?
Yes, some of our Executive Suites and One-Bedroom Executive Suites are suitable for guests who require wheelchair access.
Do you provide power adaptors and mobile phone chargers?
Yes, these are available at the front desk for your use during your stay.
Do you provide food on your guests’ arrival?
Yes, welcome amenties are provided during check-in.
Where can I buy subway tickets?
Metro tickets for travelling to the airports, the Disneyland park and travelling within central Paris, inclusive of museums passes, are available at the front desk. You may also choose to buy tickets directly at the subway stations.
Do you have miscellaneous items like sewing kits, for example?
Yes, miscellaneous items such as shaving kits, sewing kits and dental kits are available at the front desk upon request and are complimentary.
